Research on SPOC Blended Teaching Mode——Taking ‘Nonprofit Management’ for Example

This study attempts to explore the teaching process and effect in curriculum ‘Management of Nonprofit 
 Organizations’ through a hybrid mode based on SPOC (small private online courses, SPOC). In this study, 32 undergraduate students who majored administrative management were randomly divided into two groups; control group adopted traditional mode, experimental blended mode. After end each group’s theoretical tests questionnaires are conducted evaluate group. The results showed that had significantly higher academic performance course satisfaction than helps motivate achieve better test. flexibly allocate learning time make full use resources. It is new suitable for take nonprofit classes learn.
